At IT Security India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Eligible Returns

  • Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Software licenses or downloadable items.
  • Products without original packaging/accessories.

🔁 Return Process

  2. Provide order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you on shipping the product back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
