At IT Security India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
✅ Eligible Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all returns.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items not due to our error.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Software licenses or downloadable items.
- Products without original packaging/accessories.
🔁 Return Process

- Provide order details and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you on shipping the product back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
